I have recently passed into the ‘senior citizens’ category, and had no idea that medical weed was an option for me until my son brought it up at dinner a few months ago as i complained about my sore back, which has been giving me issues for years.

The care at Curaleaf Clinic is very good. The doctors are knowledgeable and seem to truly understand how to use cannabis to help my health issues. It’s comforting to speak with someone who listens and provides thoughtful advice.

Patient Service

The team’s sweet, though sometimes it feels like they’re juggling too many balls. Still, they’re always polite, even if they’re a tad slow at times.

Website Experience
Rated 4 out of 5

Their website is straightforward to use, which is a relief. Booking appointments is simple, though I’d appreciate a bit more information on the site about what to expect from each treatment option.

I haven’t had to go to the actual clinic as everything has been through video call so far but this has been great.

Communication
Rated 4 out of 5

They do keep in touch, mainly through emails. I’d personally prefer a phone call now and then, but I understand times are changing.

Billing Transparency

Bit of a pickle here, if I’m honest. They say they’re upfront about the costs, but it sometimes feels like you need to be a detective to work out exactly what you’re paying for. A bit more clarity wouldn’t go amiss.

Waiting Times
Rated 3 out of 5

Waiting times can be a bit hit and miss. I’ve been seen promptly but have also had times when I’ve waited longer than expected.
