Sign Up Process

The process for signing up to Curaleaf is a little more complicated than it needs to be, and may pose some challenges for people who are not computer savvy. While the information needed by Curaleaf is in line with other private medical cannabis clinics, the way that it is laid out is less instinctive.

Navigating through the multiple steps may feel overwhelming, particularly for those unfamiliar with online forms. The detailed questions asked about medical history, GP contact information, and personal details are necessary but could be presented in a more user-friendly manner. Despite these hurdles, completing the signup process is a crucial step to accessing personalised medical cannabis treatment, and as long as you have some skills/experience with using the internet then you should be just fine.

A more streamlined and simplified form design, coupled with clear instructions, could significantly improve the experience.

Absolutely atrocious behaviour from clinic staff and pharmacy. Lying through their teeth. I am done with this clinic and will be requesting a discharge letter after writing this review.

The doctors try their hardest to make life better, but stock issues continue to be a real issue. I have been with curaleaf for more than 2 years now, and its been very up and down. Was looking to switch clinics a few months ago but was assured that the stock issues would be resolved, they haven’t.

As with the doctors, the rest of the team really do try to make the clinic work, but they do not have control over stock levels. Im not envious of the calls they would have to deal with all day

I was extremely sceptical for years about medical cannabis. Im a veteran, needed something for my PTSD, but the other stuff wasn’t working, so I thought why not??

My doctor, Gabriel, has been so great. He was happy to listen to all my questions, and has been super the whole way though, as have the rest of the staff
