The doctors and clinical team are great, but this clinic is a real mess right now. The rest of the team are useless, I have been left without a prescription and have had consultations cancelled, and no one on the customer service team seem to care or want to help.
Really useless, I hope that with the clinic changing owners the patient support staff are cleared out.
The wait times are really bad, especially when you have your appointment cancelled and then never reorganised and they won’t call you back for anything.
Again, the doctors are great but the rest of the clinic is a shambles
