They wrote the wrong stuff in my consultation and didn’t bother fixing it, even after I pointed it out. Not sure what’s going on there. Just felt a bit slapdash, feels like they don’t care much
Doesn’t feel like anyone’s actually trying to help. I kept raising issues and got nothing back. It seemed like they couldn’t be bothered.
You’d think they’d have it together online, but no my details were wrong, medication list wasn’t updated. Feels like no one’s checking anything.
You can’t get through to anyone. The phone line’s useless, emails don’t get answered, and then out of the blue I get an invoice with no explanation. It’s all over the place
First they refused to validate my old invoice, then randomly sent a new one. I’ve got no idea what I’m actually paying for or what they are sending out, usless
Just a lot of waiting and guessing. No updates, no heads-up. You’re left sitting there wondering if they’ve forgotten you exist.
There isn’t any, really. Raised problems, heard nothing back. It’s like once you’ve paid, that’s your lot.
They messed up basic personal details on my travel letter, and the online records are all over the place. Doesn’t exactly fill you with confidence.
Didnt start off great, but after speaking with the support team stuff improved quick. Dr called within an hour of me getting my information uploaded, was very thorough and professional, had my meds within a week

Seem to only work 3 days a week response time is rubbish can take weeks to get anything sorted. My last prescription was sent to me illegally. Received it then hours after receiving the prescription was cancelled so I had no paper work for my meds. 3 weeks on and this incident still isn’t resolved. The pharmacy newgroove isn’t much help either they just seem to blame each other. So now I’ve requested to move clinic as there are tons of better clinics! I’d avoid and spend your money elsewhere!
