They wrote the wrong stuff in my consultation and didn’t bother fixing it, even after I pointed it out. Not sure what’s going on there. Just felt a bit slapdash, feels like they don’t care much

Seem to only work 3 days a week response time is rubbish can take weeks to get anything sorted. My last prescription was sent to me illegally. Received it then hours after receiving the prescription was cancelled so I had no paper work for my meds. 3 weeks on and this incident still isn’t resolved. The pharmacy newgroove isn’t much help either they just seem to blame each other. So now I’ve requested to move clinic as there are tons of better clinics! I’d avoid and spend your money elsewhere!
