Once you have completed this tool (which only takes a couple of minutes), you will receive a preliminary indication as to whether you are eligible for UK medical cannabis treatment.
Keep in mind that this is simply an initial indication and does not guarantee eligibility, as a final decision will be made by the specialist doctor during your first consultation.
Cantourage Clinic, along with all the bigger UK medical cannabis clinics, is able to provide cannabis-based treatment options for a wide range of conditions, including chronic pain, mental health issues, neurological concerns, and gastrointestinal conditions, as a supportive therapy for cancer sufferers and for those undergoing palliative care.
Medical cannabis treatment can only be considered for patients who have already tried at least two traditional treatments and have been unable to find relief or improvement in their symptoms.
Once you have completed the free eligibility checker and have been deemed potentially eligible, you can book a consultation with one of Cantourage Clinic’s specialist doctors. I was retired in my 30s because of multiple cancers. At that point I was taking three different opiate painkillers every day and I was still in agony. Cantourage helped me find medication that actually worked for my pain and at the same time did not give me all the horrible side effects I was getting before. My physical health and also my mental health are in a far better place now because of that.
I have been with them for well over a year and the staff have always been great to me. They treat you with respect and I always feel like they listen which is important when you have been through as much as I have.

Delivery has always been very fast, I have never had to worry about long gaps or being left without medication which is a big relief.
The support has been consistent through the time I have been with them. A year on and the quality of care and the medication itself has not dropped
The doctors I’ve spoken to have been fine, the advice has usually made sense and felt professional. That part’s not the issue. It’s everything around it that drags the whole thing down
Used to be okay, now it’s slow and unhelpful. I don’t hear back unless I chase. Even then it’s just a short reply with no real update.
The site works, but it doesn’t help much when stock disappears so quickly or there’s no option to avoid extra fees without waiting weeks. It’s basically just a place to see what you can’t get.
They don’t tell you anything unless you push for it
Meds are more expensive than at other clinics. £10 a gram for decent flower, cheaper stuff tastes bad. No discounts at all, and an extra £15 fee for split scripts or early refills
It’s always long now. Oils, vapes, flower, doesn’t matter what it is. Used to only be certain products, now everything takes weeks.

Was with them for nearly 2 years. Started out fine but ended in total disaster. They messed up my prescription more times than I can count. Sent meds to the wrong address, refused to correct mistakes properly, and even tried to stop me from switching pharmacies. Said doctors wouldn’t prescribe from outside, which turned out to be a lie.
Terrible. Staff on the phone were rude and aggressive. One actually screamed at me after messing up my script 3 times in a single afternoon. Managers don’t return calls or emails and just hide behind the scenes. Zero accountability and no respect for patients whatsoever.
Doesn’t matter how clean your website looks when the service behind it is this bad. Ordering was hit and miss, and they never kept me in the loop properly.
Full of lies. Lied about refunds, lied about switching pharmacies, lied about what doctors will or wont do. Tried to make a formal complaint and got ghosted completely. It’s like no one actually runs the place.
Total joke. Paid for meds that were never delivered. They make it hard to get your money back and refuse to admit fault at any point
Two weeks just to get meds that were supposedly in stock. Regular delays with no warning or explanation. If you’re relying on cannabis for real medical reasons, this is just not on
None. You’re on your own unless you pay again to deal with the same mess.
Didn’t have a direct privacy issue, but with the way they handle everything else, I wouldn’t trust them with anything sensitive either.
