its gone from bad to nightmarishly horryifying in the past few months. Ryde doctors, zero support or reply to emails, weeks for deliveries and problems with the pharmacy, don’t even bother with leva guys. I just moved to another clinic whose name rhymes with speeeliif and couldn’t be happier (a little more expensive but worth every penny)

I signed up, paid my fee, sent all the relevant docs over, and the consultant never turned up to my (£99) appointmentt. No one to answer the phone number listed on their website. Bit of a joke really.

Pretty appaling, and surprised to see this clinic in the top three reviewed. I have had the wrong prescription sent to the pharmacy more than once, which is such a bad mistake and i am honestly gobsmacked that it happened even once.
Terrible customer service. I have been accused of lying by this clinic, and they only took responsibility when I proved them wrong with emails and screenshots.
