The staff are all brilliant from my interactions friendly, professional, and actually care about getting things right. Real people who listen and help, and get back to me pretty quickly usually around 3 hours on email or instantly when I call.

Apart from the first two deliveries in early 2024 being a few days later than expected (which was worked out by the clinic after a few emails, so cant really fault them too much), everything has been bang on time.
I have an appointment every month, even though it only has to be every three months as I am entitled to as many consults as I like with my subscription. The doctor changes month to month but I tend to see one of three, all are great and always come prepared with the notes from my last follow-up appointment.
No idea really but I cant see them selling my data or anything like that
After being signing up with two other clinics over the last few years, I thought maybe the whole medical cannabis sector was pretty much rubbish. Thought I would give it one last crack after a mate recommended releaf. Not the cheapest, but I guess you get what you pay for. The service and the medication is so far superior to the other clinics I have been with its almost comical.
