User Reviews
Rubbish, was sent small buds when I ordered normal size ones and the company doesn’t care
No help at all
The app is good but not the service or the flower I was prescribed
Rubbish so hard to talk to anyone
wud be fine if the buds were atculayy the right size
too long for the type of flower I was sent
sent me bad flowers twice, tasted like heavy chemicals
hard to get through to, and they pass the buck when you do
ugly, clunky website
hard to reach the through the phone
the products i have been sent have been terrible so def not worth the money
As a long standing medical user, they were very helpful without trying to push any unwanted treatments/products. As with all uk medical cannabis, the products themselves can be hit or miss, but they certainly stock enough quality strains to keep me happy.
Dr Tordorf was very pleasant and understanding during our initial consultation as well as being happy to receive feedback from myself. The staff at the dispensary are always available to answer questions and have often called me directly after receiving emails
Much improved over the 4 months I have been a patient, now working smoothly and make ordered medicines much easier. Would be good if they allow patients to leave reviews for the medicines they have tried.
As per previous comments, all good and getting better, often I will receive a call when I send a mail with a query or question.
They are currently the cheapest clinic in the UK and only charge £50 a year fee, only additional charges is postage.
Again much improved, I find if I order my prescription on a Monday morning, it is usually signed off by the Dr immediately and then it is pretty much always received by Wednesday 1am via tracked postage.
Follow up consultations are via phone call and again always nice to deal with Dr Tordorf
No Major issues,. but slight knockdown as some of the packaging has been sub par, albeit I saw a big improvement in my last delivery. Sending in paper postage bags is not acceptable as any damage could expose the contents to post office workers or even neighbours, Also when we are paying £500+ for the contents, it really would not hurt to put some more effort in the packaging, even when packed securely in boxes, maybe something to protect the contents and stop them rattling around would be a good idea.
