So far this is my first month with mamedica and I’ve had nothing but clarity from the emails down to the initial consultation and the products does what it says on the tin
So far everyone I’ve spoken to has been polite and professional on the phone I’ve not really had to contact them out of the specific details like consultation times and emails that sort of thing
Website is good could do with some updates in the drop down menu but apart from that all is okay

It’s pretty hard to really delve into the costs I’ve tried medbud.wiki but from what I can see the prices aren’t there and it’s hard to tell what there actually stocking all I really know is it ranges from 5 pound upwards it would be nice to have an official list with prices at the side on the website
Overall I think the process took around 3 weeks for me but I would imagine this goes down to the communication from your local gp to mamedica as I got a lot of the information from them myself to speed up the process on mamedicas side of things
I received an appointment for my next consultation which is 1 month in from my initial one straight away so that’s been penciled in from the earliest opportunity
Fine as far as I know I’ve not had any data leaks or any issues as far as I know
