Also very good with dealing with any issues. I have been with mamedica for over a year now and always been dealt with very well
Bit clunky, not much info in terms of blogs and all that, but easy enough to use and order
Really great, so easy to chat with the drs and staff
i havent had any shocks or anything like thta
the deliveries are sometimes a few days late, only real complaint
Very good care overall for the past year I have been with mamedica
I’ve been with Mamedica nearly two years now. The doctors I’ve spoken to have always been understanding, calm, and they don’t just go through the motions. It feels like they actually want to get it right for you, not just sign something off and move on. That’s made a big difference.
Everyone’s been polite and helpful. No complaints at all there.
The portal works, but it’s not the slickest. Sometimes it takes a few clicks to find what you’re after, but once you get used to it, it’s fine. Booking appointments and messaging the team has always worked without too much fuss.
Always got a reply. Might not be instantly but I never felt ignored. If I’ve had a question or needed help someone’s usually got back to me within a day or so.
Prices were clear from day one. No surprise charges or random fees. I’m on the benefits scheme as well which helps a lot with keeping things afforable. Really appreciate that.
Not too bad overall. Sometimes there’s a wait, but nothing major. One time my meds took a bit longer to arrive but they let me know so I wasn’t left guessing.
They’ve actually checked in a few times which I didn’t expect if I’m honest. Just asking how things are going and if anything needs changing. Nice touch.
No problems here. Everything’s been handled properly, no wrong info sent out or anything like that. Feels like they’ve got that side under control.
Doctor was lovely actually, really listened to what I was saying. Didn’t feel rushed, and they explained things in plain English, which helped. Felt like they knew what they was on about. Left feeling more confident about the whole thing. Been a bit of up and down since It’s helped me sleep better and my knees don’t ache quite as much now, so no regrets there. Just wish the process wasn’t such a hassle. If they sorted the admin out, I’d be happy to carry on.
Service was okay, nothin special. People were polite enough but a bit cold if I’m honest. Would’ve liked it to feel a bit more personal. Still, they did get back to me when I needed help.
Didn’t get on with the website at all. Bit of a nightmare if you ask me. Hard to log in, and tryin to find anything was a real faff. Gave up and rang them in the end.
They could defo be quicker with replies. Emailed a couple times and heard nothin for days. I ended up calling instead. Once you get through, they’re helpful, but it shouldn’t take that much effort.
No problems here. Knew what I was payin and it matched what they told me at the start. No funny business or hidden extras. Can’t fault them for that, to be fair.
Bit of a shambles the follow up was. Would’ve liked things to be a bit more on the ball. they moved my follow up without tellin me properly, there was an email, but I didn’t see it and they only sent it about an hour before
Once I did speak to the doc again, she sorted my dosage and asked how I was getting on – not very personal or in depth but I didn’t need any changes
I have zero idea about this but I would hope its good since they have my medical records
