AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
They are absolutely useless, no other way to put it! Constant lies and blame shifting, and when i finally had enough and demanded to talk to upper management they blocked my number!
So bad you would be forgiven for thinking they are legit scammers
Uselss if you are trying to get a response to legitimate questions
LOL no real communication, just excuses and lies
Their prices are lower than some other clincis but that is a reflection of the quality of their services.
huge wait times for deliveries, and long hold times on the phone thrown in for good measure.
non existent.
Reception is rude and untrained how to deal with people with conditions which they treat.
As autistic person I feel harassed and not supported enough even if doctor is amazing.
There was one person who seemed trained but Alfie isn’t working there anymore.
I’m going to look for alternatives.
Also when he was working nobody else wanted to help me due to disability.
Yesterday they told me they won’t help me with travel documents multiple times then did it anyway.
And they put wrong details 6 times.
Get yourself neurodiversity training
Been with Jorja since November 2023. Heres my pros and cons list –
Pros
fast delivery
cheaper than the other clinics
nice doctors
good website
Cons
Looooooong waits on email responses
Not the widest range of options
i have had times where my preferred strains were not available
I am guessing they have had a big jump in patient numbers in the last 6 months or so, because it takes them ages to return emails
The website is great
drs are great, email responses not so much
Definitely seems to be one of the cheaper clinic options
The doctors are really great
