User Reviews
I’ve been a cannabis patient since November 2024 and never once had an issue being left without my medication until now. CB1 made it so I was out of medication from Friday till Wednesday because the oil was not in stock. Going without for five days has affected my mental health badly.
The admin staff have shown no understanding. They act like they have more rights than the patient. Instead of helping me when I was struggling without medication, they hung up on me every couple of minutes. Zara needs a special mention here. She told me I had never spoken to a manager when I had, and when I explained I would shout just so she knew the difference, she hung up the phone and got me discharged.
Managers don’t call back and don’t solve problems. Instead, they discharged me for raising complaints about being left without medication. The pharmacy manager managed to speak with me a number of times, so why can’t the admin managers do the same when they are part of the same business. The director apparently even told them not to discharge me, but they did it anyway.
The way it feels, the admin team are only here to collect money and not to offer the service patients need.
I was left completely without medication for five days, from Friday till Wednesday, while the pharmacy held back my prescription. This has never happened to me before and it caused serious issues.
Rather than supporting me when I was left without medication, the clinic chose to discharge me. My mental health was being affected and I was very clear about this, but they still refused to help.
Well there was that very public data leak last month, so I was already considering moving clinics but all of this tipped me over the edge.
When I do actually get my usual doctor, the care’s fine. Problem is getting to him. The one time they gave me someone else, he didn’t really get my conditions and the meds he put me on were wrong. Cost me money for nothing. I’m not making that mistake again.
I never speak to the same person twice. One week it’s this person, next week it’s another, none of them fix anything. They even told me I don’t need my usual doctor (Dr Tang), when he’s told me every single time that I do.
Trying to book the same doctor through their system is impossible. I put it in the notes, I email, still get a booking with someone else. I’ve given up thinking the site will ever get it right.
They reply, sure, but it’s the same stuff over and over. Doesn’t matter how clear I am, next month I’m back explaining it again
I’m paying for an appointment I’m not getting. No offer to make it right, no refund, nothing.
They keep saying there’s no space with my doctor, yet when I finally speak to him, he says there is. I try booking weeks ahead, still no.
The one time I gave in and saw another doctor, it was useless. Advice didn’t match what I needed and the medication wasn’t right.
The doctor I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and friendly
All emails and contact I’ve had has been great quick and polite
Easy to navigate and use no problems at all. Great app
Every time I’ve communicated with the clinic I’ve had a same day reply
It’s a cheap clinic and all prices inc delivery are displayed and explained
From start to finish the join up for me was a few days . Prescriptions are approved same day and sent either same day of payment or next depending on the time
Repeats are the easiest thing ever and anything not on the formulary is just a quick message away
Good as far as I’m aware , no bad experiences to report
