Honestly this has been the best experience I’ve ever had with healthcare. Ive been with CB1 just over a month now and my life’s already turned round. Trying to get help for chronic pain thru the NHS was impossible. NICE guidelines basically shut the door. Felt trapped. Now I’ve actually got options. The doc listened and I get more say in what works for me.
They’re chilled on the phone but know what theyre talkin about. Makes it way easier for me, especially with AuDHD. I dont feel rushed or judged, just feels like a proper convo for once.
