About the Clinic

Treat It Clinic is one of the newer online specialist pain treatment clinics that offers patients access to a range of treatment options, including medical cannabis. Treat It works with some of the top pain specialists in the country and focuses on offering treatments scientifically proven to help patients treat their symptoms while also taking a holistic approach to managing pain.

Treat It Clinic offers a variety of treatment options for patients dealing with any and all forms of chronic pain, including back pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and neuropathy. The clinic believes in a multidisciplinary approach to pain management is the best way to address different types of pain and their underlying causes.

On top of traditional treatment methods (like medication and physical therapy), Treat It Clinic also opens the door for patients to receive a prescription for cannabis-based therapeutic options. These include dried cannabis flower, medical cannabis oils, topicals, and more.

Treat It Clinic believes that no one should be subject to week, month, or even years-long waits to access the necessary treatment options for chronic pain treatment. They have streamlined their process, making it easy for patients to book appointments, receive consultations and recommendations, and ultimately get the symptom control they need.

A great clinic that goes above and beyond to keep its patients happy. I’ve been with Treat It for about a year now and the experience has been great. Any time I’ve needed help, the care and attention have been there.

I’ve been a medical cannabis patient for a few years now and have tried a few clinics, but Treat It has honestly been the most reliable and consistent. Everything feels well organised and properly managed. Appointments are handled professionally, and I’ve always felt like my treatment plan was taken seriously. If something needed adjusting, it got sorted without unnecessary delays.

Shakir has been supporting me from the very beginning and I can’t speak highly enough of him. His patience, kindness, and attention to detail have made a huge impact. He takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and always makes sure I’m comfortable with what’s happening.

Been with Treat It for over a year now and honestly, I’m done. Booked an appointment in March 2024 that never happened. I had to chase em up myself, then got told to wait for a call that never came. Later on they actually claimed the consult did happen, which is just mad. Felt completely dismissed and like no one was actually paying attention.

Things got worse in 2025. My prescription turned up with half missing and I only found out by calling the pharmacy. Clinic never told me. I put in a formal complaint and they didnt even reply within their own 3 day policy. Not even an email. Voucher they gave me to rebook didn’t work either. Ended up going without meds for nearly a month because of all the back and forth.

The site’s fine but it dont matter when the rest of the service is this rough. what’s the point of easy booking if you just get ghosted anyway

Communication
Rated 1.0 out of 5

Rubbish. One email says one thing, the next says something else. I was stuck writin follow-ups and tryin to get a straight answer out of em. Every time they promised it’d get better… and it never did. No urgency, no clear info, just vague half replies that go nowhere.

Still charged monthly, even when stuff wasn’t delivered or done right. Paid for consults I shouldn’t have needed, cos they messed it up in the first place. Feels like they’re more interested in taking money than actually providing care.

Waiting Times

Meds took ages to arrive to my house. Like two weeks or more. And when something went wrong, the wait just dragged on longer.
