I have been a patient at Treat It for six months and I have never felt more abandoned or mistreated by a healthcare provider. For a week now their IT systems have been down, which has made it impossible to book a consultation. Without that consultation I cantget my next prescription totally unnaceptable
The lack of support has been appalling. I contacted customer service several times through WhatsApp and email because the phone number does not work. Every time I reached out I was met with confusing, contradictory, and frankly incompetent replies.
The IT systems have been down for over a week. Patients cannot book consultations or move forward with treatment. There has been no clear explanation for this failure and no alternative offered.
There has been no clear timeline for when the systems will be fixed, no workaround, and no urgency from staff.
I mean without the issues, the billing would be fine. But when nothing that you pay for is working, then what?
The delay in accessing a consultation has left me without my prescription for a week.
Instead of helping me maintain my treatment, the clinic left me completely in limbo. A healthcare provider should never put patients in a position where they cannot access the medication they depend on.
