Sign Up Process
The process for signing up to Curaleaf is a little more complicated than it needs to be, and may pose some challenges for people who are not computer savvy. While the information needed by Curaleaf is in line with other private medical cannabis clinics, the way that it is laid out is less instinctive.
Navigating through the multiple steps may feel overwhelming, particularly for those unfamiliar with online forms. The detailed questions asked about medical history, GP contact information, and personal details are necessary but could be presented in a more user-friendly manner. Despite these hurdles, completing the signup process is a crucial step to accessing personalised medical cannabis treatment, and as long as you have some skills/experience with using the internet then you should be just fine.
A more streamlined and simplified form design, coupled with clear instructions, could significantly improve the experience.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a medical cannabis prescription, patients must have first tried two licenced medicines, treatments or therapies for their condition, as prescribed by a GP or healthcare professional.

User Reviews
NO COMMENT on the doctor side because this was ALL about the product. Ordered SuperBoof, got something labelled SuperBoof “POPCORN” instead. NOT what I paid for. They replaced the 7G after I pushed hard, but the TWO (2) 3.5G packs? STILL waiting.
They fixed one part then GHOSTED me on the rest. This has been going on since late January
The site let me order the proper strain with no warning it would arrive as POPCORN.
They reply when it suits them, then vanish
Was promised 80 quid in store purchases that never happened
Still waiting for two 3.5G packs to be replaced since jan
Dr uzmani is a rude, arrogant and malicious man who dislikes being asked questions and would rather just prescribe the same thing without reviewing it properly when strains etc not effective. Reffered me for a psych appointment because I asked who I could write to about his conduct which I only found out because I did a subject acsess request for my records .
Complaint wasn’t handled basically just said “the dr said the opposite to what you did so we are ignoring this”
App/website works well and generally wasn’t an issue
A consultant review was requested in feb, got lost and re-request in April and then finally given appointment in June. Evonne always late responding (took 3 weeks before reply outside of appointment)
Very small print of subscription ties you into 3 months after cancelling so you must pay for 3 months even after acsess is cut off at date of cancelling.
No willingness to budge even after I left one month after joining subscription. No benefits to subscription as they do not provide the things they promise and its no different than paying per appointment but then you only pay for what you need not 3 months after aswell
Appointment always avalible with pharmacy tech or similar but c9nsultant few and far between and no reliability on who will have appointments when your review is due
Progress not monitored outside of “any issues? No? Ok bye”
No communication between each other so little room for slip ups but the clinic letters all sent via secure web link so that was reassuring
I’ve been with Curaleaf since they were Saphire Clinic. I’m on the wait list for a double shoulder replacement and the medication they’ve prescribed does make a real difference day to day. Not a miracle but it helps manage the pain, which matters when you’re just tryin to get through work or sleep without feelin wrecked.
Staff have mostly been good, but Molly’s been outstanding. She actually listens and doesnt just send a copy paste reply. Every time I’ve had a problem she’s taken it seriously and got back to me quick, even when it wasnt a huge issue.
The portal’s alright. A bit slow sometimes and not the cleanest layout but it works
It’s been decent overall. When I’ve needed to ask questions or follow up on something, they’ve got back to me fairly quick and with straight answers.
Everything’s been laid out up front. I’ve not been charged for stuff I didnt agree to and the prices haven’t suddenly gone up without warning. They’re not cheap, but I knew what I was signing up for.
Prescriptions usually get processed in time. One delay a few months ago but Molly got it sorted same day once I flagged it. Delivery’s been reliable since then.
Haven’t needed loads of check ins recently, but early on they were helpful and didn’t make me feel like a nuisance. I’ve felt pretty confident I can reach someone if anything changes with my meds or symptoms.
All handled fine.
